Our mission

Tent Rentals Directory helps event planners, wedding couples, party hosts, and construction site managers find local tent rental companies across the United States. We list verified providers in 128 cities across all 50 states and Washington, D.C., with real Google ratings and review counts so you can compare options at a glance.

How we source our data

Our provider listings come from publicly available business information, including Google Maps data, company websites, and public business registrations. Ratings and review counts reflect Google's data at the time of our most recent update. We do not republish review text, if you want to read specific reviews, we link you to the provider's Google business profile.

Business owners can request updates to their listing, claim their business, or remove their listing by contacting us.

Editorial standards

We treat every city page as an editorial product, not a scraped list. For each city we cover, our team:

  • Reviews the local provider population, removes inactive or permanently closed businesses, and checks each phone number and website against the source of record before publication.
  • Writes original market analysis specific to that city, drawing on local climate, event seasonality, venue density, and price ranges. We do not template the same paragraph across cities.
  • Flags featured providers transparently. Featured placement is a paid product and is labeled in every listing where it appears. Standard listings cannot be paid for and are not influenced by advertiser relationships.
  • Updates listings on a rolling basis when business owners request corrections, when Google rating data shifts, or when we publish new planning guidance.

Our planning guides (tent sizes, pricing, lighting, frame vs. pole, AC and heating, sailcloth) are written by our editorial team and reviewed against rental-industry standards and published vendor pricing. Where we make claims about typical prices or capacities, the figures reflect ranges we have observed across providers in our directory.

Corrections policy

If any information on this site is wrong, including a phone number, address, business status, rating, or claim in a guide, please let us know. We respond to correction requests within two business days and update the affected page promptly.

What we are not

  • We are not a tent rental company. We do not rent, deliver, set up, or service tents. We help you find companies that do.
  • We are not a booking platform. All bookings happen directly between you and the rental company, we simply list the options.
  • We do not charge consumers for using the directory. Browsing is free.

How we make money

The directory is supported by advertising revenue (display ads) and optional paid featured listings for rental companies who want enhanced placement on their city page. Featured listings are clearly marked. No provider pays for a standard listing, those are always free.

Tent Rentals Directory is operated by Besson Digital, an independent digital publishing studio based in Austin, Texas. Our editorial team researches event and rental industry practices and publishes planning guides, tools, and a curated provider directory.
